Hi! I'm Mia Miller; also known as The FitMess Mama because I'm a "hotmess fitness mama"! All of these things make up me, and I wouldn't be the person I am without them! I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and a Vegan Nutritionist. I believe that getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of fitness is worth the discomfort. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and always love adapting my program to new clients. I also believe in finding nutrition that is suitable for YOU; it's never a one size fits all thing!
